Yleistä
Kaikki osallistujat, myös lapset, täytyy ilmoittaa.
Päätettyäsi rekisteröinnin saat automaattisen vahvistuksen. Tarkista tiedot, sinulle myöhemmin lähetettävä lasku perustuu niihin. Lasku lähetetään toukokuun aikana ja se maksetaan eräpäivään mennessä. Myöhemmin ilmoittautuneet maksavat laskun kolmen päivän sisällä sen saapumisesta. Mikäli laskua ei makseta eräpäivään mennessä, tilauksen katsotaan peruuntuneen. Mikäli peruutat tilauksesi tai muutat sitä 10.6. jälkeen, emme todennäköisesti voi palauttaa maksamaasi summaa.
Osallistumismaksu
Kaikki täysi-ikäiset (18 v.) osallistujat maksavat 35 € suuruisen osallistumismaksun, jolla katetaan kesäkoulun kustannukset. Tämä maksu lisätään automaattisesti kokonaishintaan.
Majoitus
Kategoria 1: sisältää pyyhkeen ja petivaatteet Kategoria 2: omat petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Alennettu hinta (5 € / vrk)
Ateriat
Huomioithan että viikonloppuna lounas ja päivällinen ovat kalliimpia. Alle 13 v. sama hinta kaikkina päivinä. Alle 3 v. aterioivat ilmaiseksi. Uutuutena mahdollisuus tilata iltapalapussi.

Each participant is requested to fill in a separate registration form, also all children. After submitting the registration you will automatically receive a confirmation. Please check the information because the invoice we'll send you later on will be based on this information. By paying the invoice you confirm the booking. In case the invoice is not paid by the due date the registration is considered cancelled. If you cancel or change your booking details after June 10th we won't be able to refund you.
Participation fee
All participants 18 years of age or older pay a participation fee of 35 €.
Accommodation
Notice that you will have to choose between 2 categories of accommodation.
Category 1: The bed sheets and a towel are included
Category 2: You save 5 € per night but must bring your own bed sheet and towel
Meals
Note that lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday cost more than on the other days. For children under 13 the price is the same on all days. Children under 3 years are free.

Minors under 18 years of age arriving alone need their guardian's written permission. You should also inform us who is responsible for your child/youth during the summer school.

Alle 18-vuotiaat kesäkouluun yksin saapuvat tarvitsevat huoltajansa suostumuksen, josta käy myös selville, kuka toimii heidän huoltajanaan kesäkoulun ajan.
Huoltajaa pyydetään lähettämään ao. suostumus osoitteeseen riikka.schmidt(at)saunalahti.fi.
Hinta määräytyy huoneessa / huoneistossa olevien vuodepaikkojen mukaisesti, eli varatessasi esim. kolmion, maksat jokaisesta huoneessa olevasta sängystä täyden hinnan. Ei lapsialennusta. Omilla petivaatteilla lattialla "lisähenkilöinä" nukkuvat lapset ovat ilmaisia. Valitse kohta "Lapsi nukuu lattialla". Voit myös tilata lapselle patjan tai matkasängyn (sisältää liinavaatteet). Tialus on kertamaksu, ei vuorokausimaksu.
Yksikseen saapuva aikuinen voi tietenkin varata itselleen yhden vuoteen kahden hengen huoneesta. Tällöin huoneeseen majoitetaan toinen samaa sukupuolta oleva henkilö. Voit toivoa tiettyä henkilöä kohdassa "Lisätietoja". Mikäli emme löydä huonetoveria, laskutamme vain yhdestä vuodepaikasta.
Omilla petivaatteilla ja pyyhkeillä yöpyvälle henkilölle on alennettu hinta. Valitse vastaava vaihtoehto!
Suluissa ensimmäisenä mainittu hinta on koko huoneen / huoneiston vuorokausihinta ja lähetettävä lopullinen lasku määräytyy sen mukaisesti ja voi siis olla korkeampi kuin rekisteröinnin yhteydessä tuleva automaatinen vahvistus.. Jälkimmäinen hinta on per henkilö. Huomioithan eri hinnat liinavaatteet / ei liinavaatteita!
Please note that the room price is based on the number of beds available. In the list below this price is given first. This means that if you e.g. select a triple room with 5 beds for 3 people you will be charged in the final invoice for 5 persons. If you want to fill the additional beds you must find the extra persons yourself. Please list their names in the information section below as they will have to register seperately. Exception: If you arrive alone you can select one bed in an Alkio double room, and we will find you a room mate. In this case you will only be charged for 1 bed.
In paranthesis the price per night is given. Room price includes towel and bed linen in the alternative option below!
Children who sleep on the floor as additional persons using their own mattresses and bed clothes are free of charge. In this case please mark the selection box "Child on room floor". You can order a mattress / baby bed and bed clothes for a fixed price per child by selecting the respective option below.
If you are staying in a caravan, please select a parking lot with or without power outlet. The driver is automatically included in the price. For additional persons, please select the "Tent" option

In order that the Finnish Bahá'í Community can process your registration we ask your permission to save the given personal information (name, email, phone number and street address). We will delete this information within three months after the end of the Summer School.
